Have you ever had a homeless person ask you for money? Ever wonder what the right thing is to do in those moments?

Jesus said that whatever we do for the "least of these" we do for him. How we treat the people in greatest need is actually what Jesus will receive as our treatment toward himself. As Christians we are called to fight for the forgotten, and one of the most forgotten groups are the people living on our streets.

On Sunday, January 15th we will have an outreach opportunity for the whole church called Bags of Hope.

In the lobby you will find bags stocked with basic necessities like hygiene items, bottled water, non perishable food and some small gifts.

Please grab a bag, stick it in your car and pray for an opportunity to give it to someone in need.

These would be great to share with someone homeless or soliciting for food/shelter.

During these cold winter months, many people find themselves in dire need.

Let's "GO" show the love of God in this simple way by handing out a Bag of Hope in Jesus' Name.
